Pretreatment System（RDF/SRF）
Integrating crushing, grinding, sorting and densification in one, this system can convert various types of biomass and agricultural & forestry waste into RDF/SRF fuels. Featuring high automation, it is suitable for multiple fields such as power generation and heating. With stable equipment performance and low maintenance costs, coupled with thoughtful one-stop services and full-cycle support from planning to after-sales, it provides strong backing for the efficient utilization of biomass energy.
Screening System
It adopts an all-closed structure with thick wall plates, equipped with a staggered-layer screen bottom. It features large conveying capacity, wide application range and more thorough screening.
Crushing and Screening
This system is a production line developed specifically for biomass materials such as straw and rice straw. It integrates precision crushing and screening, and can incorporate processes like fine crushing, dust removal, magnetic separation and air separation as required.
Materials are shredded and crushed by grab trucks or conveying feeders, then transferred via conveying equipment to the screening system, which effectively separates and removes ash and impurities. All main equipment adopts a fully enclosed structure, and is equipped with a built-in dust suppression system to effectively control dust emissions.
Pretreatment System
The biomass alternative fuel treatment system further densifies the fuel on the basis of the RDF preparation process. The advent of this production process solves the problems of finished product transportation and storage. This system realizes the integrated operation of grabbing, transporting, crushing, sorting and densifying the whole packaged materials, and the produced molded fuel can replace coal for energy supply.
Pelletizing System
The integrated biomass production line is designed for the one-stop comprehensive treatment and processing of agricultural and forestry waste.
Composed mainly of crushing, grinding, sorting, drying, densification, conveying, warehousing and other processes, the production line can also provide diversified configurations such as magnetic separation, air separation, dust removal, baking, weighing and metering according to project backgrounds and requirements.
With a modular construction, this system delivers full-process integrated disposal solutions.
Pulverizing System
This system feeds waste into the coarse crushing equipment to reduce the overall size to smaller pieces. After undergoing secondary fine crushing via the material distribution system, the waste is transferred through conveying equipment to the baking system for drying, followed by a fine grinding process. The particle size of the final product is controlled within 1 mm.
Integrating functions such as process visualization, fire safety, and filtration & dust suppression, the system enables refined waste treatment and recycling.
